Polynesian Meatballs

Polynesian Meatballs:

(makes about 4 servings of 6 meatballs and 1/2 cup rice per serving)

1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 can 20 oz. pineapple chunks
1 package 12.5 oz frozen prepared meatballs
2 cups chopped green pepper
2 cups cooked rice
Steps: 
1- Mix sauce ingredients (bbq sauce and can of pineapple, including juice) in a large skillet.  Bring to a boil on medium heat
2-  Stir in green pepper and meatballs.  Reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 15 min. until meatballs are heated through and the sauce is thickened.
3- Serve over rice.
